Vinyasa Style Yoga

Flowing and Dynamic Sequence of poses that is one of the most popular styles of yoga in the United States.  This type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. The fluid, almost dance-like movements increase flexibility, strength, and stamina, as it calms the mind and improves overall health.

Beginner Yoga - All levels-Beginner. Helps you build a strong foundation for your personal yoga practice while learning what to expect in a group yoga class. This class is perfect for beginners and practitioners of all levels looking for a slower practice or a refresher in yoga basics. We move at a mindful pace, offer up space for questions during practice and focus on developing confidence in yogic breathing and physical asana (yoga postures). 

Vinyasa Flow - All Levels & All Levels-Intermediate. Flow with the movements and the breath. One breath per Asana, uniting flows that are fluid, vigorous, opening and strength building. Modifications provided for all levels.

Vinyasa - All levels-Intermediate welcome. Slow flow, more grounding and connecting practice. Building flexibility, calming the mind through mindful movements. All Levels are welcome, the class will push your practice to an intermediate level.

Hot Vinyasa - All levels-Intermediate. Sweet and Detox though a slow and connected Vinyasa practice. Warm and stretch muscles. Strong practice. All Levels are welcome, the class will push your practice to an intermediate level.

Primary Series - All levels-Intermediate. Same Primary Series every class. Strong & Connected practice. All Levels are welcome, the class will push your practice from Beginner to an intermediate level.

Yin & Yang Vinyasa - This unique all-levels class combines the benefits of dynamic, muscular Vinyasa flow with the slow, yielding power of Yin to find ultimate balance between the mind and body. You'll begin with a stimulating Vinyasa flow to increase circulation and lymphatic movement, build strength and release any stress or tension from the day. To balance the warming, yang energy of Vinyasa, we'll conclude with a cooling Yin practice to ground into your body, deepen your breath and relax your mind for restful sleep. Yin is a cooling, patient practice that targets connective tissues by working gently into the edge of postures through long holds between one and ten minutes. You'll leave this practice feeling balanced, relaxed and more deeply connected to your whole self.

3 KI'S

These sessions are focused on balancing and understanding life energy (Ki/ Qi and or Chi) through 3 fundamentals- Qigong, Tai Chi or Taiji and Reiki. By connecting with one's energy through Qigong, you will receive an essential component on how to move and interact in nature (Tai Chi); as well as receiving the deeper universal connection in healing with life energy (Reiki). Each class will address 1 concept on the laws of Ki and deepen through one's personal experiences in practice and meditation. Come to class with comfortable clothing and clean, flat shoes if wanting the added support.

Free 3 Ki's Week Review

Free 30 minute 3 Ki's review. Open to 3 Ki's practitioners to use this time to go over where they are in their practice from Taiji Yang Long Form, Qigong exercises to their Reiki and energy questions. Get the assistance to further your personal practice.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness. It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your soul.

In Kundalini Yoga we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. This technology precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.

Restorative Yoga

This class is all about giving your body a 60 minutes reset/restart. Having the perfect blend of Hatha and Yin postures and long holds. The classes are meant to counterbalance the hard physical work we do on a daily basis. The benefits are both physical and mental.

Physically, this plan will help release tension, increase mobility and relieve pain from overused muscle groups in your hips, legs, back, arms and shoulders.
Mentally, you’ll take a step back from the athletic intensity and everyday stresses of life to reset and unwind, which reduces stress, improves mood and helps sleep.
We will revitalize the body by increasing circulation to the organs and calm the nervous system through breathing exercises. This practice uses long relaxed holds targeting the fascia and tightened connective tissue in groups of muscles we overused.

Hatha Yoga

 Hatha Yoga This heart centered hatha yoga class will help you relax and energize the body, mind, and spirit as you begin to release tension. Gradually you can increase flexibility, inner openness, and enjoy the full benefits of yoga. This class is rooted in the Shambhava tradition. The goal of Shambhava yoga is to learn to be fully engaged in life while simultaneously experiencing the nectar of divinity within. All levels welcome.

Satori Yoga

A complete workout for the body, mind and spirit, Satori Yoga is perfect for every level and ability. Satori Yoga incorporates many practices to create balance on four levels (Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual). It includes breathing exercises with mantras, Salutations to the Full Moon and New Moon focused on what you would like to release/let go of and now that you have opened up some space within your being focusing on what you would like to create/manifest to bring forth into your life, The Five Tibetan Rites which releases energies and emotions from our chakras and is age-reversing, and deep relaxation with a guided meditation.

Pre-Post Natal

Nicole is certified in Pre and Post Natal fitness, designing a class that is safe and effective for pregnant women of all stages and new Moms based on the ACOG guidelines. Her goal is to bring pregnant and new Moms together in a safe and healthy environment to bond with other pregnant women in different stages, strengthen and relieve common pregnancy complaints, and safely ease back into fitness once baby arrives. Her background in ballet and dance created a love of all things wellness and taking care of the body, mind and spirit. She is also certified and teaches Barre - a mix of ballet strengthening, pilates and yoga.

Yamuna Body Rolling

Using specially designed massage therapy balls you will learn how to release the tendon (which connects muscle to bone) from its attachment to the bone initiating a release through the entire muscle and experiencing how a muscle fully lets go. Then you are able to realign your skeletal structure. Discover routines for the back, neck, chest, shoulders, abdomen, hips, knees, and legs that revive these areas and bring them to their best condition. Free your body from all physical pain and limitations and feel how light you can be.
