Satori Yoga

A complete workout for the body, mind and spirit, Satori Yoga is perfect for every level and ability. Satori Yoga incorporates many practices to create balance on four levels (Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual). It includes breathing exercises with mantras, Salutations to the Full Moon and New Moon focused on what you would like to release/let go of and now that you have opened up some space within your being focusing on what you would like to create/manifest to bring forth into your life, The Five Tibetan Rites which releases energies and emotions from our chakras and is age-reversing, and deep relaxation with a guided meditation.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Flowing and Dynamic Sequence of poses that is one of the most popular styles of yoga in the United States.  This type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. The fluid, almost dance-like movements increase flexibility, strength, and stamina, as it calms the mind and improves overall health.

All Levels Vinyasa  - All Levels welcome 

Vinyasa Flow - A more challenging vinyasa class. Uniting flows that are fluid, vigorous, opening and strength building. Modifications provided for all levels.

Slow Flow - All levels welcome. Slow flow, building flexibility, calming the mind through mindful movements. 

3 KI'S

These sessions are focused on balancing and understanding life energy (Ki/ Qi and or Chi) through 3 fundamentals- Qigong, Tai Chi or Taiji and Reiki. By connecting with one's energy through Qigong, you will receive an essential component on how to move and interact in nature (Tai Chi); as well as receiving the deeper universal connection in healing with life energy (Reiki). Each class will address 1 concept on the laws of Ki and deepen through one's personal experiences in practice and meditation. Come to class with comfortable clothing and clean, flat shoes if wanting the added support.

Free 3 Ki's Week Review

Free 30 minute 3 Ki's review. Open to 3 Ki's practitioners to use this time to go over where they are in their practice from Taiji Yang Long Form, Qigong exercises to their Reiki and energy questions. Get the assistance to further your personal practice.

 

Kundalini Yoga with Prabhu Kaur

The ancient yoga of awareness, consists of simple yoga techniques that can be enjoyed by everyone, no matter his age or physical ability. Hatha Yoga

 Hatha Yoga This heart centered hatha yoga class will help you relax and energize the body, mind, and spirit as you begin to release tension. Gradually you can increase flexibility, inner openness, and enjoy the full benefits of yoga. This class is rooted in the Shambhava tradition. The goal of Shambhava yoga is to learn to be fully engaged in life while simultaneously experiencing the nectar of divinity within. All levels welcome.

Yamuna Body Rolling

Using specially designed massage therapy balls you will learn how to release the tendon (which connects muscle to bone) from its attachment to the bone initiating a release through the entire muscle and experiencing how a muscle fully lets go. Then you are able to realign your skeletal structure. Discover routines for the back, neck, chest, shoulders, abdomen, hips, knees, and legs that revive these areas and bring them to their best condition. Free your body from all physical pain and limitations and feel how light you can be.
