Full body alignment starts in the feet. Once your base is aligned the rest of your body can be free of structural pain. By aligning the bones in the feet, you can reverse and prevent structural problems that lead to ankle pain, foot pain, bunions, plantar fasciitis, hammertoe, and neuromas.
Reflexology points in the soles of the feet affect the entire body, so when you take care of your feet your whole body benefits.
