Ananda Kirti Kaur (Tamara Romero)

Ananda has been a practitioner of the healing arts through energy work and spiritual practices for over a decade. She received her Reiki Master Teacher Certification in 2009, became a Practitioner of Reconnective Healing and The Reconnection in 2011, has been a Practitioner of Tai Chi Chuan (Taijiquan lineage) and Qi Gong since 2005, is an EFT/Tapping and meditation facilitator, and is certified in Hoop Dance. In 2012 she started developing her own healing modality which is now referred as Speerlight. Speer- to seek, sought after light- awareness, illumination, source, life...

Robyn Johnson

Robyn Johnson is certified as a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and has also received her Professional Plant-Based Certification from Rouxbe Online Cooking School. This training has given her a better understanding of healthy cooking techniques, building flavors and the unlimited plant-based options that are available.

Robyn also shares her love of healthy food with elementary students in her after school kids’ cooking classes, and through a grant-funded program for Preschoolers, Exploring Foods Together. She volunteers as Co-Chair of the Health and Wellness Committee at her daughters’ elementary school.



Veronica Mayor

A Brazilian/Colombian yoga teacher - Thai Yoga Body work based in Conifer, Colorado. Veronica is known for her passionate attention to detail and commitment to the emotional, physical and spiritual growth of her students. Balancing individuals to the practice through intelligent flows, intentional adjustments, relevant alignment instruction and spiritual connections.

Thai Yoga Body/Sen Energy Work utilizes acupressure points through rhythmic compression and includes gentle passive stretches to help with joint mobilization. Warm herbal compresses are also used to help deepen the massage and provide healing and stimulating qualities to the body. The receiver's body is relieved of muscular pain and stress, while restoring the flow of energy and helping to balance the body energetically, returning the body and mind back to optimal nourishment and function. 



Nicole Springfield

Nicole is certified in Pre and Post Natal fitness, designing a class that is safe and effective for pregnant women of all stages and new Moms based on the ACOG guidelines. Her goal is to bring pregnant and new Moms together in a safe and healthy environment to bond with other pregnant women in different stages, strengthen and relieve common pregnancy complaints, and safely ease back into fitness once baby arrives. Her background in ballet and dance created a love of all things wellness and taking care of the body, mind and spirit. She is also certified and teaches Barre - a mix of ballet strengthening, pilates and yoga.


Heather Hottovy

Heather attended her first yoga class 10 years ago in a YMCA in Algonquin, Illinois where she grew up. While not a traditional environment, it was the spark that ignited her passion for yoga, meditation, and movement therapy. After Heather began studying therapy, she decided that she wanted to dedicate her life to helping others. With this she was inspired to relocate to Colorado in 2013, where she discovered a community of yogis and truly allowed herself to be immersed in the art and practice, often attending several classes a day. 

After a couple more years on this path and a few life-changing events, Heather began seeking teachers to take the next step in her yoga journey. This search landed her joyously at Full Circle Yoga in Longmont, where she completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification.

Heather teaches classes based on Vinyasa Yoga and loves cultivating wonder and playfulness in her classes with fun flows and modified asana. She also has a passion for working one-on-one with her clients and is a Nanny on “off” hours. This means that she thoroughly enjoys teaching classes for children and teens too!

Overall Heather aims to gracefully guide her students, no matter where they are in life, lovingly to better physical, emotional and mental health through incorporating awareness and mindfulness. 


Angelina Prendergast

Angelina grew up dancing and acting. She has trained in the U.K. with The Royal Academy of Dance repetioire and Exeter Little Theatre Company, and in the U.S. with Kansas City Ballet, Boston Ballet, Perry Mansfield School of Performing Arts, Gelsey Kirkland Academy of Classical Ballet NYC, and The American Musical and Dramatic Academy LA. Later, Angelina began training in the circus arts with Stilt World, Cirque School LA, and The Circus Center SF.   Angelina discovered Yamuna Body Rolling in 2010, and throughout her 9 years of working as a Performing Artist in Los Angeles this technique has saved her body time and time again. The alternative, holistic healing arts became a focal point for Angelina, and for the past 5 years she has been working as a foot specialist and physical therapist in Los Angeles using Yamuna's techniques, as well as practicing Integrated Healing and Aromatherapy. She thrives to help others find alignment and balance in their bodies and lives, whilst practicing what she teaches daily.

Laura Huskey

Laura has worked in the yoga studio and spa field since 2005. As an Esthetician, she's always been drawn to the spiritual and natural healing of yoga environments and being surrounded with natural products. In 2016 Laura traveled to Rishikesh, India where she completed her 200 hour teacher training. Her passion is in teaching styles of stillness, restorative yoga and yin yoga. She loves helping her students make space to experience themselves while allowing the body to completely relax. She works with essential oils and gentle touch in her classes to encourage complete surrender.
