Angelina grew up dancing and acting. She has trained in the U.K. with The Royal Academy of Dance repetioire and Exeter Little Theatre Company, and in the U.S. with Kansas City Ballet, Boston Ballet, Perry Mansfield School of Performing Arts, Gelsey Kirkland Academy of Classical Ballet NYC, and The American Musical and Dramatic Academy LA. Later, Angelina began training in the circus arts with Stilt World, Cirque School LA, and The Circus Center SF.   Angelina discovered Yamuna Body Rolling in 2010, and throughout her 9 years of working as a Performing Artist in Los Angeles this technique has saved her body time and time again. The alternative, holistic healing arts became a focal point for Angelina, and for the past 5 years she has been working as a foot specialist and physical therapist in Los Angeles using Yamuna's techniques, as well as practicing Integrated Healing and Aromatherapy. She thrives to help others find alignment and balance in their bodies and lives, whilst practicing what she teaches daily.

Active Stretching: Improve your flexibility drastically by using Yamuna Body Rolling to warm-up your muscles, and then practicing active stretching techniques learned in Angelina's time studying Contortion. Get your splits, middle splits, and backbend no matter what your age and enjoy the relaxing process and health benefits of stretching. 

 

Integrated Healing: A healing system that combines the best of Psychology, NLP, CBT, Life Coaching, Quantum Science, Physiology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Kinesiology and many other modalities, with its own unique methodologies, to give you a profound yet simple approach to healing. Integrated Healing focuses on the emotional and/or spiritual reasons that are behind so many physical dysfunctions and unfulfilled, unhappy lives. We use a form of ‘Muscle Testing’ from Kinesiology to give bio-feedback and to identify areas of stress (emotional or physical), dysfunction, or imbalance in the body’s energy systems. It is an experience in which your body leads itself to the exact therapeutic technique necessary to relieve stress and create balance.

You will mostly be lying on a massage table on your back, fully clothed, sometimes you will need to stand or sit.
