Amanda Kirchner~Vinyasa Flow
Amanda's yoga practice started seven years ago simply looking for relief from chronic back pain and hamstring injuries. Through yoga she found not only the healing for her physical self, but found significant alleviation in her mental and spiritual being. She found that the more she dove into the practice of yoga the more she learned about herself and how she relates to the world around her. Yoga quickly grew into her passion which she continues to learn from every day and strives to share these teachings with her students. Amanda specializes in Vinyasa yoga and enjoys incorporating elements from other styles such as Ashtanga and Restorative into her flows. In Amanda's class you can expect to find a heart-centered environment that allows you to express yourself through various asanas and encouragement to find a mind-body connection. All levels of experience are welcome!

Thursday’s at 6:45-7:45pm and Saturday’s and Sunday’s 9-10:15am
